I am trying to:
Disabling WMPL shows all the products, when WPML is enabled it shows no product.
URL of (my) website where problem appears:
hidden link
I expected to see:
All the products
Instead, I got:
No products were found matching your selection.

Thank you for contacting support.

Our developers are aware of the problem and are currently working on it. Although I am temporarily closing this thread it will be kept in our records so I will update you as soon as a fix is made available.

You can try the following workaround using a WooCommerce shortcode on the English page: hidden link

Please leave it open, as it maybe will be fixed but it's not fixed as the new release is not yet released!

I am sorry you are still having issues.

Did the WooCommerce shortcode work for you? hidden link

Please keep an eye on this page: https://wpml.org/errata/no-products-are-visible-on-the-shop-and-blog-pages-in-the-default-language/

You can also try the beta version which was released last week in a testing development environment but I would encourage you to wait for a stable release.

The shortcodes work on other pages not on the shop one - this will cause indexing issues.
Please give us an ETA.

Glad one problem is solved but now WP Bakery Visual Composer stopped working in the backend....

Also I have seen I am not the only one in your forum, are you working on that issue?

September 1, 2015 at 1:52 pm #694745

Tia

I haven't seen any reports yet about WP Bakery Visual Composer after the update though I will keep my eyes open.

As the original issue is resolved may I kindly ask you please to open a new ticket for your new issue? This will also help other users with similar problems find solutions when searching the forum. Plus if this is a new bug or Compatibility issue it's more helpful to separate the issue.

User kyungV-2 open the ticket and then it was solved but the issue it's still there, and I have that too.
You should reopen yourself not asking me to open a new one especially as the problem wasn't solve at all.

Not going to suggest to buy this plugin ever again to anyone.

Thank you for pointing that thread out to me. He might have updated after I made my reply.

Please be assured that WPML follows the WordPress standards for making plugins and themes multilingual and it is a high priority for us to do so. Sometimes there might be incompatibilities with plugins or themes and we make great efforts to work with developers of those plugins and themes.

We thank you for your feedback as it is essential for ensuring compatibility.

The compatibility team is still in contact with the author and I have escalated your thread.
