Background of the issue:
I am trying to run a multilingual WooCommerce site, but some taxonomies are forced to be untranslatable. A plugin or the theme might be causing this issue.
Symptoms:
This is causing a problem when trying to run a multilingual WooCommerce site.
Questions:
How can I resolve the issue of taxonomies being forced to be untranslatable?
Should I contact WPML support and send a Duplicator copy of the site?
Thank you for contacting the support. Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, I recommend navigating to WPML > Settings > Taxonomies Translation and selecting the option that allows taxonomies to be translatable (click on the lock to unlock). This adjustment should remove the message about untranslatable taxonomies in wp-admin and resolve the issue.
Please let us know or we'll try our best to help you further on the matter.
Lets focus on one issue at a time. I will check the message issues here, i suggest you to open a new ticket for the cartflows issue.
The message basically shows when some taxonomy preferences are changes, and to verify this, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.
So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. hidden link
