Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that emails sent from my WooCommerce store are correctly translated when orders are placed in different languages. I have checked all translations in WPML, and they appear to be correct. I noticed that setting the admin language to German translates the emails correctly when the order status is 'completed'.

Symptoms:
Emails sent in German contain English text in several places, such as intro text, table column text, and shipping details, despite translations being available in WPML.

Questions:
How can I ensure that emails are fully translated into German when customers place orders in that language?
Is there a way to configure email translations for orders placed in German without changing the admin language?
