I restrict this page hidden link. When am logged in it works. when i am not logged in i get an error "This site is experiencing technical difficulties". I disabled all my plugins and enable them one by one only to find out WMPL is causing the error. See screenshots below.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. Thank you for the provided details. I tried to access to connect your website via FTP but unfortunately there's it timed out error, most likely due some firewall protection, can you please review it? I would need to turn on your WP_DEBUG mode (see https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/) in order to take a detailed look in th log files in order to identify the cause of your issue, this is why we need a working FTP access.
