This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with currency display on your WooCommerce site while using the multicurrency feature of WooCommerce Multilingual, and you have an active cache plugin like WP Rocket, this might be due to the cache plugin caching essential cookies.
Solution:
We recommend adding the following cookies to the cache exclusion list in the Advanced Rules section of WP Rocket:
- wcml_client_currency
- wcml_client_currency_language
- wcml_client_country
If you're using Geo-Location for currency display, ensure your settings are correct as per our documentation here: Multi-Currency Support in WooCommerce.
Also, check the currency settings for each country specifically and adjust if necessary. You can refer to this screenshot for clarity: currency settings screenshot.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
