This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

WooCommerce Multilingual Stars review does not disappear from the shop page once the review was deleted from the product.

Solution:

This issue is solved with WooCommerce Multilingual version 4.6.3

Please update to this version.

Hello,

I have a strange behavior with the new WooCommerce Multilingual plug-in and I think I've found a bug . I had a old back-up (February 2019) and I have not this weird behavior.

I’m using OceanWP + Elementor + WooCommerce. Everything is update.

Today, for testing (my website in under construction), I’ve created a review with 5* .
Perfect. I saw the review, the 5* score and everything was ok (in both languages ITA and ENG)

Then, I’ve removed the review in my dashboard… so, I had no review at all.
The review in the Single page was disappeared but.. I see the STARS in the main shop!

I’ve changed the theme (twenty seventeen), but… I had the same problem… :/
If I disable your plug-in (WooCommerce Multilingual), everything is ok and I don't see any stars in the shop.

Ok…

a new step…

if I rolled back to WooCommerce Multilingual v4.4.2.1, the orphans disappear from the WooCommerce SHOP (Archive) page…

I can create, delete reviews and everything is ok.

Hi and thank you for the detailed explanations about this issue and the video that you sent us.

I can reproduce this issue on a clean WordPress installation. I've reproduced it only with WPML + add-ons, and WooCommerce Multilingual, and the Storefront theme from Automattic. You can see my test site here. hidden link
I've escalated this issue to our second tier supporters, and they will check it. We'll keep you updated here of any news regarding this issue.

Hi.

I'll let our second tier supporters decide if this is a bug or not. We were looking here on what happens with one review that was removed but, I assume that the stars ratings are average of all the reviews. In any case, something seems not to be right. We'll keep you updated here.

Also because with the old version of WooCommerce Multilingual v4.4.2.1 everything was ok =)

Yes, I've also mentioned to our second tier supporter that the issue is not happening with a previous version of WooCommerce Multilingual. I'll keep you updated here.

We have released today WooCommerce Multilingual version 4.6.3 which includes a fix for the issue on this ticket. Please update WooCommerce Multilingual and check if the problem is solved.
