Hello,

Few days ago, i've opened a ticket about this issue.
The website goes down when I update/activate Woocommerce, Woocommerce ML and WPML with Porto Theme.
This only happens with the latest versions (the two latest versions).
I have to restore backup with the old version in order to get the website up again.

Can you reach Porto Theme developers and work this out?

Hi Raul,

We have identified a performance issue with the Latest version of WooCommecer (3.6) and WooCommerce Multilingual (4.6.x), the fix for the issue will be released soon. I think your issue is also a related one and not related to the theme.

However, Can you please share the error log from your server. do you find any timeout issues logged in the error report?
