I am trying to: Access the "My Account" page in the Portugal translation site

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: When I access hidden link I am being redirected to the Brazil "My Account" page hidden link so it seems that the Portugal "My Account" page wasnt created at all, the USA version of the "My Account" is working fine hidden link

Instead, I got: a redirect to the Brazil "My Account" page

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Have you translated the My Account page to Portugal?

If not, could you please create the translation for the same & check again

Also, I request you to update the WP Memory Limit to at least 128MB which is the minimum requirement for WPML: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
Add this code to your wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

Paste it just before:

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

Hello Rohan, thanks for the reply,

While translating with WPML I really didn't translate any of the USA and Portugal MY ACCOUNT pages, but the USA MY ACCOUNT page was generated without any problems.
I went to PAGES and translated all of the MY ACCOUNT pages.
Now I have noticed that the Portugal MY ACCOUNT page was created, here is the URL hidden link
But the link to go to this page it is not being generated in the website at all, it show be generated to the left of the dropdown menu with the countries on the blue header element.

By the way, I have increased the WP memory as you suggested.

By the link, do you mean the language switcher?
I am able to view the Portuguese "My Account" page in the language switcher(see attached screenshot)

I mean, the link that takes the user to the MY ACCOUNT page it's not being generated in the Portugal version of the website, in the Brazil and USA version the link its generated correctly,
I will attach some photos below.

Hello,

It seems that the link is a menu item in the Secondary Menu.
You need to create the translation for the menu in the WordPress Menu.
Please navigate to Appearance > Menu & select the menu & create the translation for the same.
