Hi,

We are confronted with a problem on woocommerce pages.

The products categories pages are not taking the templates of the theme and are not displaying any products in the second language only (English in this case).

Link to english page (Not ok):

Link to the french page (What it supposed to look like) :

It's the only place where there is a probleme the archive page which is :

is working correctly. Same with the single product page.

It's only the products categories in english that there is a problem.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

This seems to be some incompatibility with your theme. Have you tried this using the default WordPress theme?

Also, please, can I install the Duplicator plugin (or All in One Migration) to make a copy of your site and install it on my test environment? This will help me debug the problem.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you. The problem is apparently only happening in your custom theme. Not even in the parent theme does the problem happen.

In theme parent, both languages have the same template. That is, this does not seem to be a bug with WPML. It just seems like your custom theme is not calling the same template for both languages.

I should recommend that you try to fetch the file that displays the products' archive and checks if the output, at least in the header is being the same in both languages.

As this is a custom feature, unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of our support.

We have a list of WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual hooks that can help you develop such feature, which can be seen in the links below:

- https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/wcml-hooks-reference/

If you prefer, you can contact one of our certified partners who can develop small to large features for your site: http://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-contractors/

Thank you.
