Thank you Tamer,

I was able to access the backend, but unable to build the duplicator package. It seems that Duplicator cannot handle more than 500Mb.
Please remove unused themes and plugins to reduce the size. Let me check again if i can build the package.

Hello,
do you have to use duplicator because you can take a full backup through here hidden link and it divide the files into folders for you , i think it will always be big because we have alot of pictures not only the plugin and themes because we don't have alot of themes.

ok i made the migration and i got this message Migration completed successfully , and a button with visit migrated website but i still see the default design in the link you sent , please check if its done correctly or not , please check the attached pic.
for the issue , its simply when i add products in my clients website to the shopping cart, some of them get added and some don't, meaning as an example:
1- go to the homepage hidden link
2- add the first 6 products in daily deals to the cart and please login with the credentials i provided before to Jamal.
3- some products stay in the cart as they should be and some don't and i am not sure why.
4- also when i try to remove a product from the cart by clicking the X some of them get removed and some don't.
please tell me if you need anything else.
by the way i am adding the products in the default language the english language not the other language, i am not sure how to take a snapshot for not being able to remove the product because the page just refresh

I checked three times.

So this is something related to your hosting configuration or caching settings.
Please show the above video to your hosting provider and ask them to check your site server log.

You can ask them to check the behavior between your site and the migrated site.

i couldn't see the video , i don't have access please make it open,you are correct adding a product to the cart doesn't create an issue on your cloud, but removing a product from the cart sometimes doesn't work like this product if you try to remove it from the cart hidden link sometimes it just refresh the page.
also can i know the server configuration to compare it with the server we are working on?

You can check the video now.

Still I could not see the issue in removing from the cart.

There is no any specific setting in our cloud.
It's all just the default settings of CloudWays.

If your hosting has any specific setting that blocks this.
your hosting provider can check it very easily by checking the server log.

You can just show these messages and the video to them.

i am using digitalocean thats why i wanted to make sure both of us is having the same settings, can you add a file with phpinfo() to see at least the php info of the cloud?
