These aren't the filters I had originally - when you click on a category, it leads you to the category archive page and the original filters I had worked with AJAX. I want them to still work with AJAX. This issue is not resolved. Please fix the problem I originally contacted you about. If it's not possible, advise the reason and provide in writing a replacement strategy that works with your products. Thank you in advance.
This issue is not replicable on a new test site with Astra Theme, WooCommerce, WPML and our addons.
Example: hidden link
I then used various WooCommerce troubleshooting options at WooCommerce > Status > Tools. It seems like using the option to count taxonomies solved the issue.
A possible cause for the issue might have been that the site was first running the site default language in English, and later on, the language was changed to Bulgarian.
Please verify and let me know if further assistance is needed.
This page: hidden link shows this and I cannot see: hidden link. I believe this is because WooCommerce is put in coming soon mode.
On my website, on the DE version the filters look okay: hidden link, but on the BG version, they are now in German: hidden link. The issue has been switched: when we contacted you the BG version was fine, but the DE was not; now the DE is fine but BG is not - identically in the same way.
No, the default language has always been Bulgarian ever since installing the WPML plugins. Thank you for your troubleshooting, we're awaiting a resolution.
Hi, our issue has still not been resolved and consistently the filters are working as expected on both language version only if WP Debug is enabled. Even on our primary language (BG), the filters sometimes are not showing if WP Debug is disabled. This astounds us honestly, but it seems that the error is with WPML and perhaps the WP Debug enabling forces it to take another route (error handling)? Could you please update us on the progress on your end?
My apologies, as I was not yet able to find out the cause for this issue, I need to ask you for some more patience, as I need more time to investigate.
My apologies, but I am unable to determine what is causing this issue. Currently, the Product category filter is not showing up, even if I test the site only with WooCommerce.
Please consult the WooCommerce Support Team about us and get back to us if further assistance is needed.
Hi, thank you for the update. Our issue has not been resolved, we used another alternative, shifting significantly the technical and functional aspect of our website to accommodate. I'm not sure how to mark the status in this case, because the present issue is not resolved, but we don't require further support from you at this stage.
