Hello, Could you tell me if the issue persists in a minimal setup? Minimal setup is having active a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty, and only WPML plugins, Woocommerce, Woocommerce Multilingual and the plugin that creates the custom tabs. Looking forward to your message. Kind regards, |

Hi, If the issue persists in a minimal setup then we might be facing a compatibility issue. In this case, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back-up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Regards, |

I just saw that the Woocommerce Product Tabs Plugin has not been updated for more than 2 years. In addition WordPress no longer recognizes it !! What a waste of time, you are the professional. |

Hi, I would recommend you to use another plugin without hesitation. Over 2 years without actualizations a plugin too old to use, also it might bring security issues. You can search for another plugin that creates custom tabs for products and check if it appears in our list of compatible plugins: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/ Regards, |

Hi, The big problem with the plugin "Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce By YIKES, Inc", is that I can't do global translations. I can only do individual translations. You have to start over with each product ... Do you have any advice for Global translations for all products |
