I couldn't find any other ticket about the issue you mentioned. This is not a known issue.

Can you please provide step by step instructions on how to replicate this? Also, let me know if you know any specific string whose translation caused this issue.

I went into string translation and made translation as shown in attachment.
After that main page, where this string is related to, works only on main language.

Solution: I have to to put page version into history as before and then works fine.

Only translated string and menu remain in English, else it is local language.

Can you please confirm you have marked the translation as complete?

On your second screenshot, How did you create and translate the page?

yes, I've marked that translation is complete.

The page on second SS was firstly fully translated into EN language and then I translate string. Translation can be rebuild if I take if from page history.

As told before, the same thing happened to products in shop. When I translate sting on shop side, all the products in that language are gone

Image 24- 08- 2019 11-15-47.jpg - products translated in English

Just to mention, product effected with string translation bug can be fixed by simply open each product and save it back.

1. Which strings are you translating which are not working on secondary language? How are those strings coming in?

2. Regarding your shop page issue, make sure your server meets all the requirements for running WPML. If the translations are missing, it's most probably memory issue, try increasing WordPress memory limit to 256M

Let me know if this helps!
