#1,
Please go to WPML > Support > Debug Information and give me the information in the next reply. You can read the detailed instruction here: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

#2,
What is your instruction? Please describe me again.

#3,
Please put your WooCommerce language pack into both wp-content/languages/plugins/ and wp-contents/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages

Then follow the instruction here: http://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/ , section "Localizing plugins". Remember to choose " Load translations if found in the .mo files. (it will not override existing translations)"

Does that help?

As I understand that the problem is resolved?

If so, please open new ticket for the new problems. In each ticket, we focus on only one problem. That helps others with the same problem find the solution quickly.

1 - Please make sure you're using the latest version of WPML. Now it's WPML 3.1.8.4
2 - That's for your WordPress core strings. Read more details in http://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/theme-localization/ , section "Getting Translation Files for WordPress Itself"
