i installed the plugin and created the dummy product and dummy extra product option on your website and the extra option is not visible at backend. it is showing one published but not visible.
In this case, first please make sure that all your plugins and the theme are updated. Then try translating a product again.
Further, if this will not solve the issue, I would need to have a look at the site and maybe make a copy for troubleshooting the issue, as it could be that another plugin is causing issues together with the product options plugin and WPML.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better for a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “All In One WP Migration” on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

I am sorry I did not quite see the issue, but Global Forms have to be translated manually on the WordPress Editor and it could even be that those forms are translated, but it appears not to place the correct form on the translated product.
If I try to access plugin options on a translated product they are actually blank and not editable.
You have been informing me that on our test site the Global Forms appear translated.
I actually can not confirm that, as the translated Form is not showing up on a translated product.
Please do me the favor and add the latest version of "WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options" to our sandbox so that I can test again and then escalate this to our compatibility team, if still necessary.
