Dear Dimitri

I have been reviewing your Dashboard and this is what I found:

The translations for the values of the Color attribute are properly linked with each other and these variations should be sync'd properly.

But the values for sizes are loose, they are created but not linked with each other, so here the sync will fail.

Can you link these values before we do any more testing? I have attached screenshots.

Thanks
David

To link a translation to its original, edit the translation and select the correct value in "This is a translation of".

OK, i've re-linked all products variations.
I've made a new test translating a product in English (main language = French).
Variations are still not correctly linked to variations in main language. See Attached print screen.

Dear Dimitri,

I thought I had reproduced the problem last night but today its working perfectly on my localhost. I have compared version numbers, downloaded your dump with no luck. I need to reproduce the error local to be able to properly debug and fix it.

I see two way of doing this:

1) I can setup a test server where we try to replicate the issue.
2) You can also send me your themes and plugins to try and replicate your scenario exactly.

Let me know what you prefer and I will try to resolve this asap.

Best
David

Read your email: I've send you a link to a backup (files and mysql dump).
Hope you can do it fast.
Very very urgent for me.

I replicated your install and everything works fine. I sent you access details for you to test too.
The only difference may PHP version or MySQL version.

Lets see if we reach the bottom of this.
Best,
David

DavidGW tried with my files and my sql dump and everything was working great for him without any changes.
I optimized all my SQL tables with phpmyadmin and the issue seems to be resolved 🙂
I'm still testing.
Have a try and share.
Thanks
