I am trying to: Translate the swatches. It seems to workfine but the thumbnails are not showing

Please make sure you are using the latest version of WPML and its add-ons. We've released new versions that fix many bugs and errors for some days. You can compare between your site and here: http://wpml.org/my-account/downloads/

NOTE:
+ Make a backup (both files and database) for your site before updating/proceeding anything (Always a good practice!).
+ You need to update all your current WPML and its add-ons to the latest versions. If not, some unexpected problems may happen.

If you disable all non-related WPML plugins, switch to one of default themes, the problem persists or not?

I updated everything but same results. The thumbnails are still not appearing.

But only the thumbnails because the images are passing

Would you mind going to WPML->Media Translation and click the start button under "You can check if some attachments can be duplicated to translated content:" Does this helps?

To further debug this issue, I would need your site snapshot, could you please send me the wp-content folder and database backup so I can replicate your site on my localhost and debug the issue.

You can zip those file and upload share it using google drive.

I am able to download the files, it shows error on my end, I tried to download and while compressing it didn't work.

Also I find that your file is so much big 2.4 GB, could you please just upload the wp-content folder and the database backup, not while site, which will help me to quickly download and debug the issue?

Well that is just the wp-content and the database.

Since it's is a online store it has a lot of pictures uploads.

should i try to wetransfer the files to you?

I can't send trough wetranfers since the file is bigger than the limit.

I'm uploading the files without being compressed to the drive folder.

If you can't maybe i can give you ftp access so you can download it from the server.
