My site started being very slow, and after a couple of weeks doing tests:
1 - No security plugin found anything. There are no strange files or code.
2 - The only thing I found is an error log with an error Deadlock which comes from the WPML "String" database table.
The error happens every once in a while. And I have not been able to replicate the error. But since I do not understand what this error log means, I though you may be able to help me understand it and see if this might be part of the problem.

Can I send you the error log so you can help me figure out what is the problem?
I also pasted the debug info from WPML.

Could you please open this URL endpoint and run AFTER A FULL database backup these options?

wp-admin/admin.php?page=sitepress-multilingual-cms%2Fmenu%2Ftroubleshooting.php

- Clear Cache in WPML
- recreate ST-DB Cache

Please let me know if it solved your issue.

I have done that already last week, hoping it would resolve the problem. But the error turn up again.
So I believe there might be something else causing this error.

May you have a Staging environment where we can track this issue with a minimal environment with no other plugins and basic Theme like Twenty Nineteen?
