I have installed the following plugins purchased from you:

WPML Multilingual CMS
WPML String Translation
WPML Translation Management

When the plugins are enabled, I can’t upgrade my WordPress, or install any new plugins (the upgrade via the FTP option disappears).

Deactivation of the WPML plugins at my WordPress panel restores correct behavior of other plugins / WordPress installations.

Could you please advise the solution?

Hi,

Thank you for the details.

None of these comes from WPML.

Please disable your plugin "woocommerce dotpay 2" and then check the issue.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Riffaz,

I've disabled this "dotpay" plugin causing errors but still the same with updates. I just discovered it's just one wpml plugin is blocking ftp: it's WPML Multilingual CMS, after disabling I'm able to update other plugins. There is no new log in debug file when I've made those actions. Just "cannot create directory" message when trying to update plugins and WPML Multilingual CMS is active.

Hi,

I just discovered it's just one wpml plugin is blocking ftp: it's WPML Multilingual CMS, after disabling I'm able to update other plugins.
- this is strange.
- if this is the case, please update 'WPML Multilingual CMS' to the latest version and check.
- if that does not help, there should be something recorded on your server log.
- contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the server log.
- they can help in this.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards.

I've updated WPLM Multilingual CMS to the latest version but still the same behavior. My hosting provider checked the server log but there is nothing.
Still, WPLM Multilingual CMS plugin is disabling FTP option in WordPress when active.

Hi,

Thank you for the details.

I could be able to update plugins when all the WPML plugins are installed and activated.
Ex: hidden link

Please try to update another plugin in the test site and check.
If you can, then it's obvious that the issue is with the hosting.
Because, here we changed nothing but the server.

Please check it in the test/migrated site as I instructed and check your site.
Very likely, you can find something in your server log if this is the case.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
