1- This appear in both En & Ar but I leave all options and chose custom in live site, so this issue doesn't affect a thing. You can check pic attached.
And if this still an issue, please note that it is caused by one of WPML plugins or a setting of WPML and you can investigate for its solution.

Hi,

I solved the issue for this category (hidden link) by following this steps:
- I went to Products -> Categories -> Switched to English -> Selected the products that belonged to that particular category (click on the number under the Count column) -> Selected all products -> Selected the 'Edit' in Bulk Edit options -> Click Save button without making any change. This refreshed the entry in the database for this products and the issue disappeared.

Could you apply the same steps in the live site and let me know the results?

I can do this from the beginning Carlos.
This is not a solution.
As products appear in admin panel under their categories after import, they suppose to be displayed in their categories in front-end. Which didn't happen here. What happened is some appear and some don't. And this happened in two or more different imports.

So please I need a solution

Hi,

You are assuming that because the import went 'correctly' and the products are shown in the backend, they should be shown in the frontend as well. However, as you can see for the workaround, the products don't have all the information assigned correctly after import, that's why when the products are re-saved they appear correctly.

What I mean is that while the products are created during the import, it seems that some of the information is not correctly saved in the database. This could happen due to a conflict in the code with a third party functionality and to prove this you will need to run the import in a minimal setup (all plugins and themes deactivated except WPML plugins). If after this test import, the products are shown correctly then there is conflict in the code from another plugin or the theme.

If you are saying that information was not saved correctly after save then it's a problem of WPML All Import plugin issue. Because Arabic was imported with no problems

And for the method you mentioned above there is a problem. I have products in more than one category. So if I filtered a product in certain category these products are not in one category. They appear now in more categories but if I filtered one category and updated to this category then products will disappear from other categories. This will mess things up

I opened a ticket to find a solution, Carlos.

And for the last theory you are referring to, you are free to test anything on this test site.
You can make a new import for any products. Or export current products and delete then re-import them as new alongside with their translation and see if theory is right or not

I consulted our specialists about this issue and it seems that some steps were missing from the document, specifically to have all the taxonomies ready before importing products ... follow steps here:

To solve this I went to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting link -> In the 'Synchronize posts taxonomies' button I first selected Products and then Variations.

Could you tell me if the issue disappeared in the site?

And now 163 products appear in store now.
I'll consider this to be resolved for now and fix the rest manually.
And I'll check after next import and do the same steps. If the issue remain I'll open another ticket

I have a new import today which has the issue. Followed the steps and issue is not resolved.

The issue now is no variations or attributes were imported. And this affects variations, There are no variations found now
