I found out that if I manually open a product in its original language and then switch to another language, all the information syncs correctly. However, when I open a random product and edit it in a language that is not the original language, the product does not sync properly and it displays incorrect information. I hope that makes sense. |

Hello. Thanks for your feedback. Checking your CSVs I do not see any information about prices, or stock, for example. The data that gets exported and imported depends on the tool that you used to generate those CSVs and to import them - each entry is a different product, so if the CSV carries no data on prices, or stock, etc, no data is to be imported. The importing mechanism does not take it automatically from the original product, and the WPML layer for the importing process is limited to connecting translations to original products, not syncing data between them. That might explain the other things that you comment. I can not fully say what is the current status or whether a re-sync is possible. Going back to my previous comment, I would need to know: Regards. |

I can give you the login details. The products excist on the server I see they are matched. they are just not in sync. all the products however does have the right text description and correct product name. I would make a script that just updates the products so it sync up again. I dont want to start te reimport again. as it took me 2 full days to got it sorted. My website couldnt receive any orders those days so I'm looking for a one time solution script. |

The products excist on the server I see they are matched. they are just not in sync. I want to clarify that they are in sync but only the META info is not in sync. so when you are on the product page you switch language the language of the product changes. but the meta info vanishes. (product price, attribute etc).. Its fixed when updating the original language product once. But with 4300+ products that is a job of a mad man |

I just had a script running that fixed the whole issue. Also the english site works now aswell. the problem was that the UX blocks were the same name as the dutch version. However I use Mollie payment and the Paypal payment does not work anymore. |

Hello. Thanks for your comments. I understand that you managed to complete the import, and the data in all languages is now as it should be. I also see that you are experiencing some problems with the PayPal payment method - if you think that it is related to WPML, please open a separate ticket for that issue so we can better assist you with a dedicated thread. Regards. |

I think the service I received from WPML was quite disappointing. The waiting times were very long, especially considering that my website was completely down. In a situation like this, I expected a higher sense of urgency and faster support. Unfortunately, I did not receive any meaningful response for over 24 hours, possibly due to time zone differences. In the end, I managed to solve the issue myself by working through the night and trying multiple solutions. I honestly expected a higher level of service and communication in such an emergency situation. |
