Hi,

This is highly abnormal.

Please migrate the site to dig this further as I asked in previous replies.
We can not say anything at this stage without deeply checking your site.
And, those tests may affect your live site.

or if you have any other idea without bothering live site let us know.

Hi,

Thank you for the migration.
We need to login to the migration site if we have to check this.
The migrated login details and your live site login details are same.
I am setting the next reply as private.
Please provide the site login details.

Hi Riffaz,

I tried to connect to the migrated site with my login to check if it's working and create you a user access. Unfortunately, I've got a infinite loop : I log in and go back again to the login page.

Do you know why ? Can you edit the database to create/modify an user ?

Hi,

Could you please disable the Translation Management temporarily and check this issue?
If you disable WPML Translation management are you able to see the WPML > settings ?

Hi,

Yes, like I already told you before, the settings page is working when WPML Translation management is disable, on production and migrated site.

Hi,

I created a user via database for migrated site.
We updated the WPML plugins to latest beta hidden link
Deactivate all other plugins.
Still we see the same issue.

It should be database corruption at this point.
we are checking that.
we will update you again once we find the cause of this.

Hi,

We fixed it.
You can check here: hidden link

All you have to do is run the following sql command on your database

ALTER TABLE `wp_icl_translation_status`
ADD `tp_id` int(11) NULL AFTER `uuid`;

This will fix your issue.
Let me know how it goes.
