We are ready with WPML 3.1.5b3 with complete WordPress 3.9 compatibility.

This update addresses everything reported in this forum since WordPress 3.9 was released and also several other issues that came up in our internal QA.

Since this is still a beta, updates are not pushed automatically to your sites.

The major updates in this release are:
* Handled corner cases with home URL on certain web servers
* Fixed problems with taxonomy sync
* Fixed problems in languages in different domains
* Fixed problems with page hierarchy sync
* Fixed problems with sticky links on translated languages
* Removed the DB dump feature from the troubleshooting page
* Completed compatibility with PHP 5.5
* Removed extra blank lines causing PHP warnings
* Fixed problems with root URL and default language in directory in some configurations
* Fixed cases of DB timeout with slower databases
* Fixed menu sync issues related to automatically adding top-level pages
* Fixed redirection problems introduced in WP 3.9, when using same slug among translated content
* Fixed potential issues when using custom taxonomy queries
* Fixed problem with additional language code in Sticky Links
* Fixed WP 3.9 compatibilities issues with the translation editor
* Fixed Gravity Forms compatibilities issues with the translation editor
* Fixed problems in the Widgets admin
* Allows adding several WPML language switcher widgets

Please note that during this development cycle, we ran into a large number of API changes in WordPress. There is a chance that other plugins and your theme might not be fully updated for WordPress 3.9.

If you experience problems, we recommend to first try to deactivate other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme. This is difficult to do on production sites and so, you should experiment with WordPress 3.9 updates on development sites first.

If you still have problems, please open new threads. Opening your own threads will help us give you our best support and personal attention.

Go to your account and click on Downloads. Scroll to the bottom and download the *CMS Beta Package*.

This is a ZIP file that contains other ZIP files of all of WPML's components. Unzip the relevant parts and update in your site.

When you unzip this archive, you will notice that some components have been updated to b3 and some remain b2. This is OK. We only needed to update some of WPML's components. Please update in your sites all the modules that you are using and which have been updated.
