This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to access their WPML account on both Chrome and Safari browsers and needed to register a website urgently.
Solution:
We recommended the client to clear their browser's cache and cookies, which they had already done. After further investigation by our system team, it was identified that there was an issue with the client's account. Our team resolved the issue, and the client was then able to access the account and register their site at https://wpml.org/account/sites/.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
