Thank you for your feedback.

Enable the option "Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains" in WPML > Languages might help you to login the admin area from the second domain. I see that issue on my testing site which you can test with the information in the next private reply.

Did you try my suggestion in the previous reply?

Another way, you can try to go to WPML > Languages > Language URL format > Disable option "Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains" > Save changes.
Then logout of your account > login again with the default/second domain and see if it helps.
