Hi,

Welcome to the support team.

To be more effective, we're going to focus on solving the first problem. It seems that some of your WPML plugins are not updated. You should update them before updating Woocommerce Multilingual to make it work.

First, you need to register your site to get updates for WPML products. Please, follow these steps to achieve it: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register

After doing this, you should be able to update all your WPML plugins. Please, update all the WPML plugins (WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, WPML Media, WPML Multilingual CMS) before updating Woocommerce Multilingual. In case you don't have any of these plugins, you can download them directly from your account: https://wpml.org/account/downloads/

Alternatively, you have the option to update the WPML plugins manually. It consists in deleting the plugins from the Plugin section in WordPress and then uploading them again. You may follow these instructions: https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#updating-manually

Related documentation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/#required-plugins

Please update all your plugins and watch if the messages disappear. If after updating the plugins you are still experiencing performance problems and you might these are caused by WPML, please, open a new ticket to deal with that different issue.

I'm here to help in case you still need assistance.

Best regards,
Oscar.

Hi again,

Also, it would be great if you can provide us with some debug information, so we can give you better support for this ticket or future requests.

1. Go to WPML > Support.
2. Find the sentence: "For retrieving debug information if asked by support person, use the debug information page.". Click in "debug information".
3. Copy and paste the information displayed in the provided input box in your reply.

Many thanks,
Oscar.
