I am trying to manually translate pages and posts in X Theme's Cornerstone page builder but have issues setting this up and viewing the translated pages in Cornerstone. The issues I have and solutions I've taken are on these related posts https://wpml.org/forums/topic/cornerstone-problems/, https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-incompatible-with-cornerstone/, and https://wpml.org/errata/cornerstone-shortcodes-arent-rendered-in-the-translated-pages/.

Issues:

1. I can use Cornerstone on the translated pages by using the language switcher on the bottom right but the page doesn't show in the preview, nor can I see the elements on the left.
2. Even though I can't preview the translated page in Cornerstone, I can view the translated page in the browser. However, image elements are missing.
3. WPML Translation Management is activated but there is no "Create translations manually" option so I have selected "Use WPML's Advanced Translation Editor".

None of the related posts mention that the issues have been resolved. What do I do so that I can translate the pages in Cornerstone?
