Sure, I can add some examples for you so you can do the rest. For that, I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Please add the data to the private field. If you don't see thidden link">his form, please don't add your credentials, as they will be publicly exposed٫
Thanks for the access details. I registered the homepage modules as an example for you. Please check the following steps:
1- Edit the page
2- Click on "hidden link">Classic Editor"
3- Search for the untranslated strings
4- Register the module following this guide
5- Add the custom XML to WPML-> Settings-> Custom XML tab
6- Save it
7- Update the page in the default language
8- Update hidden link">its translation
I will check it. Its a bit difficult but I will try. Btw do you have explenation video for it?
And I have second question for my another website.
hidden link
I was use Wpml before on this website. Now I am start using again with WPML.
I update the plugin and try to translate everything with automatic translate.
At the begining Its started and translate 3-4 page and after stop because credit finish.
And I delete some languages (It was 7 languages but I make it 3 now because too much credit need.)
Now I have 185000 credit in my account and try to tranfer to this website. On the WPML is OK but WPML wordpress admin panel can't get this credits and still wants 435000 credit. I deleted languages but system ignore the deleted langueges.
When I try to translate 60 post + 52 pages need to 435000 credit. After deleted some languages -> WPML still try to translate same pages with same amounf of credit.
1) I'm afraid we don't have a ready-made video. If you followed the steps and aren't able to register a module, please let me know, and I'll screen-record the steps.
2) We try to keep one issue per ticket in our forum, so may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket for your additional issue?
Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
