Tell us what you are trying to do?
- WPML Automatic Translation of any page takes 20-30 mins
- It often crashes websites if not triggered 1 page in 5-6 languages at once and even then it often crashes
- We have 48 WPML languages enabled

Is there any documentation that you are following?
- Standard WPML Automatic Translation
- It was working, but with more pages, it slowed down SIGNIFICANTLY

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
- hidden link

Hi there,

This is typical with the number of the language that you have installed and the limited resources that you have.

My guess is even 2048M of PHP memory limit is not enough.

But the best indicator will be your hosting service provider report to know if there is a CPU related one or PHP memory one or PHP execution time issue.

In any way, I suggest that you follow the steps below:

https://wpml.org/tutorials/2022/03/boosting-the-performance-of-your-multilingual-wordpress-site/

And, I do suggest that you deactivate some of the languages if you have a scenario that you need to add a number of pages or posts.

WPML needs resources anyways for such a number of languages and the 20-30 minutes will not be changed unless you make the language number smaller.

The crashing part might be possible to fix if you check which resource is getting exhausted in your hosting server and try to improve that.

Thanks.
