We are trying to navigate to the WPML backend https://wpml.org/account/sites/ to see all of our registered and installed Plugins on our sites. We seem to be missing quite a few green checkmarks there.

Our latest registered site has the following WPML Plugins installed and successfully registered:

WPML Multilingual CMS
WPML Translation Management
WPML String Translation

None of them have a green checkmark in the WPML backend. Some of our other registered sites have the same problem, where green checkmarks are missing even though we have WPML Plugins installed and registered.

We tried removing (un-registering) the key and deleting the site from the WPML backend and then re-registering the site. We also deactivated and reactivated the WPML Plugins. These options didn't solve the problem. We are still missing the green checkmarks in the WPML backend.

Is there a way to fix this so we can always see the latest status of all the WPML Plugins that are installed and registered on our sites?

In the screenshot we marked the empty fields that should have a green checkmark.

As it is not a very urgent issue, the relevant department is spending less time on this.
This won't affect your site in any way.

I am checking with them and I will update to you by this week.

Hi,

The issue is being fixed BUT not yet deployed on our site and being tested right now.
You can see the correct check marks once we deploy it on our site.
This will take some time.
