This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with WooCommerce account page endpoint URLs redirecting to the base /my-account/ page instead of their specific endpoints when WPML is active.
Solution:
We recommend installing the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin to ensure full compatibility between WooCommerce and WPML. You can find more details and installation instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/
If after installing this plugin, you still cannot access specific endpoints like /my-account/orders/ when WPML is active, please confirm this issue so we can assist you further.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we encourage you to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am running a WooCommerce store with WPML for multilingual support. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
WPML breaks WooCommerce account page endpoint URLs, causing all endpoint links to redirect to the base /my-account/ page instead of their specific endpoints. After deactivating WPML Multilingual CMS, all endpoint links work correctly.

Questions:
Why do all WooCommerce account page endpoint URLs redirect to the base /my-account/ page when WPML is active?
How can I configure WPML to ensure that WooCommerce account page endpoints like /my-account/orders/ and /my-account/downloads/ work correctly?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

WooCommerce should work seamlessly with WPML. However, I noticed you may not have the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin installed. This plugin is essential for full compatibility between WooCommerce and WPML.

Please refer to the following documentation for more details:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/

If the issue persists, could you please confirm if the problem is specifically that you’re unable to access the /my-account/orders/ page when WPML is active? This will help me better understand and assist you further.
