Hi,

Thank you for contating WPML support.

500 error is always related to SERVER error. That's why it is called "internal 'server' error"
So you can check this wit your hosting provider.
They could be able to find the cause of this witin minutes.

Anyhow, before doing that please enable the WP debug mode and let me know the errors you are getting.

Debugging
1. Please follow the debugging information provided here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/#enabling-the-built-in-debugging-feature-in-wordpress.
2. Repeat the action of creating the problem.
3. Copy and paste the contents of debug.log (log file inside the /wp-content/ directory) here for me to see
