Thanks, found that before; but does not work since WP 5.x. We just wrote a custom function in wp_query doing the same as get_comments; but ignoring language.

On a side note: its a shame a function like "merge comments" does not exist in WPML, but works in any comparing solution like Loco or qTranslate. We are supporting WPML for like 10 yrs and have reported >20 bugs but still, every install on WPML is glitchy..

Ok. I hear you.

I´m sure some of our clients will appreciate your work. And, believe me, I feel the same way about glitchy releases espeically acting on 1st line support.
