Problem:
The client has set up their site with WPML currency triggered by geo location using a MaxMind account. However, they are experiencing an issue where shoppers see several items in their cart, but when they proceed to checkout, several items disappear. The client suspects this is due to the currency setting by geo location. Additionally, after cloning the production site to a staging site for troubleshooting, WPML detected a change in the site's URL, prompting a migration request, which the client is hesitant to proceed with due to concerns about affecting the live site.

we have set up our site with wpml currency to be triggered by geo location. we followed your set up and got the max mind account to connect the geo location functionality. However now we are experiencing shoppers buying several items that they see in their cart but when they head over to check out several of the items disappear. we believe this is the currency set by geo location that is causing this.

in the mean time we have cloned the production site to the staging site so we can try and troubleshoot the site and solve things. but WPML is asking us start migration due to the "WPML detected a change in your site's URL" we don't want anything to get effects on the live site. so it scares us to "migrate" and we do not use auto translate. so can we skip that part?

can you help with all these issues
