I have looked at your documantion about this but they seem to be outdated as the steps no longer exists. In one thread you mention WPML-> Translation Management but I dont have that. And in another doc yoyu advise to use "WPML String Translation add-on" and I dont see that either. is there a newer version in how to translate the DIVI global header and footer?
I understand that you're trying to translate Divi's global headers and footers using WPML.
As far as I can see, for translating Divi's global headers and footers, you'll need to have the Translation Management option in WPML, which exists in the Multilingual CMS subscription (https://wpml.org/purchase/), and your account is subscribed to Multilingual Blog subscription.
Hope that explains why you can't see the Translation Management option and String Translation page on your website.
