Good evening,
I contact you because accessing the dashbord of the site where I use WPML the following message appears:
"WPML does not have some language table records and cannot work in full until this problem is solved.
Please go to the Troubleshooting page and click on "Delete the language information and enter the latter again" to fix this problem.

This warning will disappear as soon as the problem is solved. "

I have read that it may be sufficient to update WPML, but before intervening I await your instructions.

I will be happy to help you with this.

This might be a compatibility issue caused by one of the other plugins that are active.

Can you please try this:

1. Create a full backup of the complete website (files + database)
2. Disable all the non-WPML plugins and see if the issue is still happening

I solved half or not.
Basically I have inserted a code on functions.php in my theme and with this I am resolved to enter the page.
But I can't get that message out of time.

1. Can you please let me know if you created a website backup before doing anything on the site?
2. Can you please let me know if you had the chance to follow the second step I recommended above?

2) I did the procedure you told me in your previous answer but I haven't solved anything.
3) Yes the code I inserted in the functions.php file is this:

Hi Michael.

Going forward, can you please first restore the website to the state that it was at before you tried that code in the the functions.php file?

Also, after you do that and confirm, to further debug the problem I’d like to replicate your site locally.

I will need your written approval to be able to duplicate your site using a plugin called "Duplicator" and test your site on a local environment so can you please let me know if this is ok with you?

From what I can see in the backend, things work just fine now (I did nothing on my side) so there might have been a server or database hiccup I guess.

As long as you have a full website backup, you are safe and you can continue working on the site.
