Hi Lauren. It looks like we are good to go. One last question... In WordPress, on the plugin update page, there is an "Update Translations" button. The two languages implemented on the site were done manually and aren't mapped to a particular language. Should we ignore this button or is it useful in some way?

Those updates are not related to mapped languages. These are coming from the .po/.mo files that are included in WordPress when you install different languages. Most often these are used in translating strings in theme/plugin admin texts, not for page/post content. I hope that makes sense!

Please let me know if you need any further assistance and I will be happy to help.
