1. I tried to log into the site with the credentials that you shared but it gives me the following message that you see in the screenshot I attached below. Can you please take a look? I will enable the private fields below once again in case that's needed.

2. Can you please let me know what you do mean when you say "it doesn't work"? Can you please let me know the exact steps that you followed and if you are seeing any error or what is actually happening?

3. In order to be able to help you faster, can you also please paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field?

In order to see the error try to activate WPML plugin by wordpress.
Kindly try to activate the plugin (WPML) so you can see the error.
After the WPML activation the wordpress doesnìt work and you see the error that depicted in your message above.

I enabled WPML and the site works fine for me, both on the backend and on the front-end.

I don't see any error happening.

Can you please create a screen recording of the issue that you are experiencing?

Just a note that I am at the end of my shift at the moment and I won't be working on the weekend so I will be able to get back to you at the beginning of next week if you will answer tonight or in the weekend.

Hi.

It works fine for me (I am attaching screenshots).

I am using Chrome as my default browser.

Please try to use an incognito browser window or another browser - it might be a browser-related issue or maybe you have an extension that's active on your current browser that's somehow conflicting with the site.

I will be heading out for the moment but please do use the live chat functionality if waiting is not an option. Just please don't forget to also mark the ticket as resolved so that it won't remain open if someone else will assist you via live chat.

Hi and thank you for your patience.

I am back at work.

The issue you are experiencing is very weird.

From what I can see, WPML is not installed anymore at the moment on your site.

Can you please run this test (on the live site or duplicate the current site on a staging/testing environment - you can use a plugin like Duplicator to do that - Documentation can be found here: hidden link)

Here is a small tutorial on how to use Duplicator:

The steps are this:

- disable all plugins except WPML and its add-ons
- check if the issue is happening again
- if it's not, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking every time if the issue shows up again so that we can understand which plugin is causing that issue

If the issue happens even with the non-WPML plugins disabled:

- leave all the non-WPML plugins deactivated
- switch to a default theme like TwentySeventeen
- try to recreate the issue now
