Well this was an attempt to reach out to the new live chat support, but as they were not available, another ticket was created, phew...

As I mentioned in our blog post here - https://wpml.org/2018/11/chat-support-for-wpml/#comment-1932607 that issue had been escalated to our developers' team and as soon as we have a fix you'll get an update on the original ticket.
