[Resolved] wpml is not adding videos on the products

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that videos and images were not displaying correctly on the Danish version of their product pages compared to the English version on their WooCommerce site using the JetixWP plugin.
Solution:
We recommended the client to first update WPML and its addons to the latest versions by following these steps:
1. Create a backup of the website.
2. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab).
3. Click the Check for Updates button and update WPML and its addons.

Next, ensure media translation settings are correctly configured:
1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Settings > Media Translation.
2. Check all enabled checkboxes and click the Start button.
3. Wait for the process to finish.
Then, make a minor edit to trigger an update:
1. Navigate to Dashboard > Products and open the edit screen of the original product.
2. Make a small change and save it.
3. Edit the translation again and ensure it is 100% translated.
Additionally, we enabled the COPY option for specific custom fields related to video features, which resolved the issue.

Hi when accesing hidden link the video and images are not shown correctly as the english one hidden link. This is on all products with a video

Welcome to WPML support. Would you please update WPML and WPML addons to the latest version first?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Click the "Check for Updates" button.
- Update WPML and its addons there.

After that, please follow the steps below:

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Settings > Media Translation".
- Make sure that all the enabled checkboxes there are checked.
- Click the "Start" button.
- Wait for the process to finish.

Finally, do as follows:

- Go to your Dashboard > Products.
- Open the edit screen of the original product. You should see a pencil/circle/gear icon in the sidebar options under the "Languages" section.
- Make a small change, for example, add an extra blank space at the end of a sentence/paragraph.
- Save it.
- You should now see that a circular arrow appears beside the 2nd languages links, this means that an update is required.
- Edit the translation again and save it up to 100% translated.

Also I will need to know more information about the video that you mentioned. Do you use a specific plugin for that? If yes what is the plugin name and how can I see it in the WP Dashboard that you add the video.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Love it thanks! Do i need to retranslate the content or how do i get it to appear correctly on the rest of the products?
