Inside theme crowe-bgk, there is a file Home.php
Can you please elevate the severity of this issue. This is very critical and its already more than 6 days we are just going back and forth. Thanks for your immediate attention to this.

Hello, I am Pierre from 2nd tier support.

After some investigations, I found out what could cause this problem. In your custom theme header.php, you switch the blog ("switch_to_blog()") and I think we are loosing some information there (not sure about what yet).

If you add the string <?php _e( 'Newsletters','crowebgk' ); ?> before to switch the blog in header.php, you will see it is correctly translated to french.

I will try to find more information about this issue and I will update you as soon as possible.

issue has been resolved.
So you mean ("switch_to_blog()") not goes well with WPML
It would be very nice if you share list of function not goes well with WPML

Actually, this is a bug in WPML. The string translation should be working correctly provided that you switch back to the initial blog ID. This issue has been escalated to our dev team and they will work on this. For the moment, I can't provide any schedule.

As a workaround, I would suggest to avoid using the "switch_to_blog()" function.

I am reviewing some old threads, and I feel sorry not to have replied before. Actually, we still have tickets open in our development queue for your issue (so I will change the status to "Escalated to development"). However, I still can't provide any time frame for this issue to be handled and fixed.

But perhaps, your issue has been fixed with other developments as we had a lot of new versions since then.

If the problem has been fixed, please mark the thread as resolved.
