This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: I've migrated a web site to a new server and there seem to be an issue with WPML. I'm getting error messages on the main page and in the admin panel as well. The translations are not working either.
Solution: It seems that some files are missing from the WPML plugin folder. Please try the following:
- Install and activate this plugin, it will speed up the process: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
- Go to https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ and download WPML and the extensions that you are using
- Go to Plugins > Add New and upload the zip files of the plugins
- The plugins will be automatically updated. Activate them if needed.
