Hi,

after installing a backup of my webshop, WPML-Media is not active, though it´s installed.
How can i resolve this issue?

Regards Stefan

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

It's because you did not activate the main WPML plugin hidden link and just activate "WPML Multilingual CMS" before activating any other WPML plugins.
Your WPML Media and other WPML plugins will work without any issue.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Riffaz.
