Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

1.- I visited the site but I'm getting a 500 error. Could you solve this issue and let me know when the site is working so I can have a closer look at the issue?

2.- Please increase the PHP Memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi Eric,
Thank you very much for your feedback.

It seems that the cause of the issue is the defference between the installed WPML version and the latest version.

In this case I kindly ask you to follow this steps:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Update all outdated plugins and themes, except the WPML plugins.
- Flush any cache memory that might exists.
- Download and manually install all the WPML versions from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ -> Click on the info (blue icon) icon and you will get redirected to the changelog page for wach plugin, where you will be able to download each version.

Please let me know if the issue was solved.
Regards,
Carlos
