Hi,
Yesterday I updated all my wpml plugins to the last version and noticed that some of the site's content had disappeared.
The content that does not appear are the custom fields that I marked to "copy".
I re-put old versions of the plugin and it worked again as expected.
Can someone help me with this question?

Best regards,
Diogo Carvalho

Hello Diogo,

Thank you for contacting us. Please, my sincere apologies for the delay in answering.

Is this problem happening on the front end? That is, when you edit look at the custom fields on the front end, are not they being copied to the secondary language? Or are you not seeing these copied fields in the backend?

Have you tried saving the original content again and then the translation again to check if the copied content is going to be displayed on your site?

Thank you.

Hello Bruno, The problem happens in the frontend and also in the backend.
I've tried this solution to save the original content and the content does not copy, only when I change the plugins to an older version.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you. Do you have any testing environment with all the updated plugins for us to test? If yes, please could you post the step by step also so I can try to replicate the problem?

I'll need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site - preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible - in order to be of better help.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Note:

*** Please let me know exactly what steps should I follow to see the problem.

*** Please, can I install the Duplicator plugin (or All in One Migration) to make a copy of your site and install it on my test environment? This will help me debug the problem.

*** Note: Please make a full backup of your site.

Thank you.
