Hello,

Our Tier 2 team is currently working on a permanent solution. In the meantime, please use the following workaround:

- Download the WP All Import Multilingual plugin from: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-all-import/?section=changelog

- Install the plugin.
- Run the import again to ensure images display correctly in all languages.

This will work for all new imports going forward. For existing properties, please complete the following steps once:

- Navigate to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting, then click the following options:
-- Clear Cache in WPML
-- Set Language Information
-- Fix Element Types Collation
-- Remove Ghost Entries from the Translation Tables
-- Assign Translation Status to Duplicated Content

Finally, perform a bulk update of the properties.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

Hi, Good Day!
Yesterday done the steps as you said. We deleted all the products and run the import again so all the sites coming perfectly but after auto importing again today, the translated pages having some issues, you can check hidden link and load more option is not working perfectly in translated pages. And I bulk updates some properties, but it takes too much time to translate.
Cant able to resend the failed translated jobs.

Also have one doubt if we bulk upload like this and translation again and again will affect the pricing?

I have created a new ticket for load more issues, lets discuss the import issue here.

Regarding the updates, WPML auto-translations uses translation memory so if you translate the same content again, it will not cost you any credits. More details here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-wpml-keeps-track-of-your-translations/

Hi,
First page properties are showing translated, but in second page properties are not translated.
Can you please take a look on that. And in count it shows same.

Hello there,

I see the arabic pages shows a fatal error and it seem to have blocked the translations.

I don't have ftp details to check, so can you please follow the below steps and share me the results.

1. Add the following code to your wp-config.php

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true );

2. Repeat the action of creating the problem.

3. Copy and paste the contents of debug.log (log file inside the /wp-content/ directory) here for me to see. https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/#how-to-send-debug-log-to-the-supporters

The count showing like this Arabic (189) | Chinese (Simplified) (189) | English (145) | Russian (189) . whats the reason for this?
and tomorrow after auto importing, no problem will happen with translation. right?
