Hello there,

Did you selected only properties? If similar content is already translated, the credit usages will be low then shown, I suggest you to select few and test first.

Also, don't select the "override existing translations" as it will remove those memory and re-translate it.

Hello there,

After the import, you will need to visit the wp-admin to trigger the automatic translations.

Did you tried the following I suggested earlier?

Also, if possible can you please try to import just one post and see if works properly, now?

Also, to escalate the issue to our 2nd tier we will need the packages as mentioned previously.

Also, how are you running the import everyday, do you go to hidden link and hit import Everytime or it's scheduled?

Hello there,

I checked our internal system and can see that properties imported by schedule will not be auto-translated automatically, you will need to send those for translations as I mentioned earlier.

We already have devs working on this feature and I will add your vote to that feature, but until then you will need to send the properties to translations from WPML->Translation Dashboard after the import.

Hello,

Currently, any properties or posts imported through scheduling will be created but will not be automatically processed for translations. So it will be available only in English languages, the translations will not be created.

After importing, you will need to manually send those properties for automatic translation, as shown in the video earlier.

Hello,

As mentioned earlier, pricing will not be affected. If the content has already been translated, no translation credits will be used. Credits are only required for new content.

I don’t have an estimated timeline for a permanent fix yet, but I’ll share an update as soon as more information becomes available.
