Hi,

After updating all my WPML plugins, the entire plugin shut down and is not working on the website.

This exact same issue happened a month ago and Alejandro helped me resolve it. It was because of an error in a file and Alejandro helped me upload the file manually.

I am guessing this keeps happening because of a too low memory limit, or because my hosting has set up a small timeout period. Not sure which one is causing this issue.

Could you help me getting WPML back up & running, and letting me know what I need to do to prevent this from happening in the future? Thanks!

I have attached a photo showing the issue.

Hi There,

I was able to review the previous ticket and i too wonder if this happened due performing too many updates at once.

Did you perform an update on more than one plugin at once ? if your server already has some sort of limits this can cause the plugin to crash or even the host to deactivate it.

who is your host provider by the way if you dont mind sharing ? (it will be shared in a private window...this way i can check our database to see if we have any similar reported issues on their servers)

if possible i would like to take a closer look

**Before we proceed I recommend to please take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website.**
I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose See: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Thank you for the access details !

WPML is activated again along with the latest update and the rest of the WPML plugins.

i highly suggest contacting GoDaddy and asking them to increase the WP MEMORY LIMIT on your site as it seems that its having a hard time handling installing new updates even for other plugins such as even updraft plus.
