This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the logo in the header, while using the Divi theme, is not translating correctly and displays the same image across different languages despite following the steps in the WPML errata page.
Solution:
We recommend checking the documentation on how to translate the custom global header and footer in Divi. This ensures that WPML recognizes which image to display for each language. Here is the documentation link:

If following the documentation does not resolve the issue, we invite the client to get back to us for further assistance.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If this is the situation, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Before I suggest any solution, I'd like to ask you the following:

1. How did you create and translate your header? Please share a screenshot
2. Please check the Media Library Settings in WPML
3. Does this problem also impact other media, or is it specific to the website's logo?

Thanks in advance! I'll be here to further give you support 🙂

Hello,

Thank you for sharing the information.

Please check the documentation below and make sure that your header is translated. This way, WPML knows which image it should display for each language:
https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/#translating-custom-global-header-footer

Please let me know how it goes. In case that doesn't solve your issue, I'll be here to further support you.
