During Add Language, the error below:-
Fatal error: Call to a member function register_string() on a non-object in /home/ubuygood/public_html/mmtoursguide.com/wp-content/plugins/wpml-string-translation/inc/wpml-string-translation-api.class.php on line 400

Hello and thank you for contacting WPML support!!

Can you please try to follow next steps:
=> Decativate String Translation plugin
=> Rename the String Translation plugin folder at "wp-content/plugins" directory
=> Then refresh plugins page
=> Rename String Translation plugin folder back and activate it.

+ If your issue still persist, Can you please send us debug information in order to investigate your issue.

I can see that you are using alpha version of WPML plugins. Can you please upgrade your WPML and its add-on plugins to stable version. You can download it from:
=> wpml.org => Accounts => Downloads [ Download all required plugins ]

You should also use "WooCommerce Multilingual" stable version. You can download it from:
=> https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-multilingual/
